SHIPPING POLICY — P.E. Skins

SHIPPING OVERVIEW

At P.E. Skins, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship to both the United States and Canada using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping method is selected based on the fastest available option for your location and order.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders require 1–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing time includes order verification, packaging, quality control, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

We work with multiple carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery available, including:

  • FedEx
  • DHL

The carrier is automatically selected based on the fastest available route for your order.


SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping on most items.

However, some products may include a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES (CANADA)

For Canadian orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your province and order value.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.


SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volumes

P.E. Skins is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, P.E. Skins is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier where possible.


WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for failed delivery or lost packages. Reshipping costs due to incorrect addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.
